Arrange your own transportation to and from Valencia and join us on the ferry to the island! We’ll take care of the ferry ride and transportation to the hotel.

From Madrid – 385€ / 395€

We’ll take you directly from Madrid to Ibiza and back! We’ll arrange a private bus from Madrid to Valencia, a ferry to the island and transport to our hotel. This package also includes transportation back to Madrid.

Trip Breakdown:

• Meeting point at the Atocha train station in front of the Ministry of Agriculture (Metro: Atocha): 12:15 (Wednesday afternoon)
• Departure from Madrid: 12:30 (Wednesday afternoon) / Arrival to Valencia: 19:00 (Wednesday evening)
• Departure from Valencia Port: 22:30 (Wednesday night) / Arrival to Ibiza 05:00 (Wednesday morning)
• Departure from Ibiza: on Sunday morning or afternoon* / Arrival to Valencia around 19:30* on (Sunday evening)
• Departure from Valencia 20:30 (Sunday evening*) / Arrival to Madrid 20:00 (Sunday night)*

*IMPORTANT: Our ferry is scheduled to arrive in Valencia at 19:30 on Wednesday evening. However, all timetables may be subject to change due to external reasons. Neither UniTrips or Citylife Madrid are responsible for ferry delays. Please note that departure times are not determined by Citylife Madrid. Day 1: Madrid -Valencia – Ibiza

If you’re joining us from Madrid we will start our journey by bus from Atocha (Ministry of Agriculture). From there we will drive to Valencia and meet the rest of our group around 19:30. Here we will get on the ferry. At about 22:30pm the ferry will leave for Ibiza and our holiday will begin! Get ready because this will not be a normal ferry trip, we will have a party on the ship that will last all night long until we reach IBIZA.

Important: If you are meeting us directly in Valencia it is essential that you arrive to the Valencia port at 19:30 so we can facilitate the tickets, check-in and boarding of the ferry. We will enter as a group and therefore you cannot arrive later.

Day 2: Nations Welcome Party at Hotel Mar Amantis & Evening Party

We will arrive in Ibiza at dawn, hop back on our Unitrips bus and head towards our accommodations for the weekend (hotels to be confirmed). Once we arrive we will check in and rest before the party starts!

Important: Please keep in mind that the ferry arrival, transport to the hotel and hotel check-in will take some time as we will be a large group. We estimate around 2 hours In total.

In the morning there will be a bit of time to rest or head to the beach before the first party starts. In the afternoon it will be time to represent your nations! Everyone will wear their country’s flag and mix and mingle with other Ibiza lovers! There will be entertainment, games, good music and more surprises!

The party will start around 14:30 and finish at 21:00

Day 3: Formentera & Secret Party

This morning you have the option to get involved in one of our optional activities (only 40€), one that you don´t want to miss! We will leave by boat from the port of Ibiza and head towards Formentera. Once there, we will have the entire day to explore the island. You can rent a car, motorcycle or bicycle to get to the different beaches on this island or you can walk if you prefer. We will have a meeting point on the beach of Ses Illetes for those who want to stay in a big group and have fun.

If you do not participate in this activity you will have some time to explore Ibiza and do whatever you want.

We will have some time to rest and to prepare for a disco madness, famous all over the world. The location is still a secret, but we promise an incredible disco to dance the night away with people from all over the world. This party starts at 00:00 and ends around 6:00

Day 4: Cala Bassa & Farewell Party

In the morning there will be an optional excursion (only 15€) for all of those who have signed up and manage to get up in time after a crazy night partying! At around 11.00am we set off on our bus to Cala Bassa, one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast. With its incredibly blue waters and golden sand you cannot miss a chance to visit this dreamy beach. We will have some time to relax in the sun, have fun in the tea and eat something in one of the nearby restaurants.

Those who don´t want to take part in this activity you will have the morning to do whatever you want.

Say goodbye to the trip in one of the most legendary nightclubs on the island. Get ready for the FIESTA DEL AGUA at one of the island’s most emblematic nightclubs. If you do not want to get wet do not worry, there are also areas where there is no water.

Day 5: Ibiza – Valencia – Madrid

It time for this incredible experience to come to an end. So pack your bags and prepare yourself to head back home. After check-out we will go to the port of Ibiza to catch the ferry to Valencia.

Once we are in Valencia, everyone will travel back to their city by bus. Those who have come by plane, may have to stay for a bit longer until the departure of your flight.

DAY TRIP TO FORMENTERA (02.05.2025) – 40€

A paradise of transparent waters, dune beaches and pine trees that will leave you speechless. We will leave for the port of Ibiza by bus (included in the price) from our hotel and once there we will take a fast ferry to Formentera. Once there you can rent a car, motorcycle or bike to move around the island at your own pace or meet the group in one of the best beaches in Formentera, Ses Illetes where we will prepare games and other activities.

TRIP TO CALA BASSA (03.05.2025) – 15€

Excursion to one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast surrounded by a forest. Turquoise blue waters and golden sand. Without a doubt, this is an experience that you cannot miss. At 11:00am we will leave by bus to Cala Bassa where you will have time to sunbathe, play beach games, that we have prepared, and eat at one of the bars in the area. This excursion will end at 4:00 PM, after which a party is scheduled.
