Join Citylife as we return to the famous Fallas Festival! It’s finally that time of year when the streets of Valencia fill up with people from all over the country (and the world) to watch the famous Fallas sculptures!
Imagine a city lined with massive and beautiful structures, all made my local artisans to represent current events in local, pop and world culture or history. Imagine the people of the city and thousands of visitors all celebrating in the streets, day in and day out.
On this trip is all about the festival spirit. We will be leaving Madrid in the early morning of March 15th and hitting the streets of Valencia to celebrate with the locals all day long and through the night! Once we’ve soaked up as much of the festival as we can, it’ll be time to jump back on the bus to go back home in the early hours of March 16th!

Please be advised that in accordance with our terms and conditions the City Card membership cannot be used to obtain discounts for anyone but the card holder.
- Meeting point in Paseo Moret (Metro: Moncloa): 7:45
- Departure from Madrid: 8:00 / Arrival to Valencia: 13:00
- Departure from Valencia: 1:30 / Arrival to Madrid: around 7:00 (driving back to Madrid during the night from Saturday to Sunday)
We will start our long day heading to Valencia. Upon arrival there, our buses will drop us in the city center and we will be able to enjoy free time in the city to discover as many Fallas as possible all over the day. Don’t miss the Mascletà (firecrackers show) at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento at 14:00 (2pm)!
After wandering the streets of Valencia, there will be fireworks at midnight at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento to celebrate L’Albà de les Falles (Fallas Dawn).
After a beautiful day we will return to Madrid during the night to be back in Moncloa on Sunday morning.
